The site
It describes a product still being built, so what ends up shipping may differ from what you read here. Nothing on the page is an offer or a promise about a launch date.
The waitlist
Joining puts your email address on a list. It does not reserve you a place or commit either of us to anything. You can unsubscribe whenever you want, and we can remove an address or close the list. Please use an address you are entitled to use.
What is on the page
The text, the design and the Mervio name are ours. Read it, link to it, quote a bit of it. Do not copy the lot or pass it off as your own.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from using this site or relying on what it says. Nothing here removes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
