Who we are
Mervio is a product of ACSC Group Pty Ltd, based in Melbourne, Australia.
What we collect, and why
When you join the waitlist we store your email address, the time you submitted it, your IP address, your browser's user agent, and a version number for the consent wording you agreed to. The address is so we can tell you when we open. The rest is evidence that somebody at that address consented, which we need to be able to show under the Spam Act 2003. Giving it to us is voluntary.
What we will send you
Email about the Mervio beta, and nothing else. Every message identifies us and carries a working unsubscribe link. We do not sell, rent or share the list.
Where it lives
A database in Sydney. The site is served through Cloudflare, so your submission crosses their network on the way to us and may be handled outside Australia in transit.
Cookies
This site uses cookies to measure traffic. You can block them in your browser.
Access and deletion
Reply to any email from us and say what you want. We will send you what we hold, correct it, or delete it, within 30 days and at no charge.
Changes
If any of this changes we will update this page and the date at the top.
